| TheSwiMP3.1G is a waterproof mp3 player created with a unique innovative sound transfer technology that offers exceptional underwater sound clarity. The completely redesigned waterproof MP3 player utilizes bone-conduction technology to transmit high-fidelity sound underneath the water.
Standard players rely on the transmission of sound through air or water which causes the swimmer to perceive only muffled noise. Because the SwiMP3 uses bone conduction, the sound vibrations are able to be directly transferred from the cheek bone to the inner ear, giving the swimmer the ultimate sensory experience.
Features & Benefits
Patented Bone-Conduction Technology: Directly vibrates the inner ear to create the highest quality of music underwater.
New Sleek Design with Strap Clip: Allows unit to be attached easily to any swim goggle or snorkeling mask.
Integrated MP3 Panel: Incorporates On/Off, Volume, Next/Previous Track, Pause, and Shuffle functions
8-Hour Rechargeable Battery: Lithium-ion battery charges directly from a USB port for plenty of continuous high-fidelity music
Windows and MAC Compatible: Easily drag and drop any MP3 or WMA files directly on to the device
Expanded 1GB of Storage: Allows for approximately 240 songs to be stored

Finis has recently been awarded an USA Patent for Bone Conduction MP3 players for use while swimming we call it the SwiMP3. With the invention of the SwiMP3, 35,000 users are now rocking out to their favorite tunes while they swim. Bone conduction technology transmits high fidelity sound directly to the inner ear enabling swimmers to enjoy what land sports fanatics have for years, their own personal music to train with. A quick overview of how the SwiMP3 works- it transmits messages through vibrations which skip over segments of the communication pathway, eliminating the middle ear and vibrating the cochlea in the inner ear directly. The SurfP3 is perfect for surfing, wakeboarding, or paddling. It has secure ear buds that make for clear listening above and below the water and includes an adjustable neoprene armband. It is fully sealed and floatable and functional to depths of 25 feet. The Surfp3 plays both MP3 and WMA files with 1GB of memory. It holds approximately 240 songs!
