  Shipping Option

We ship only to the 50 United States. We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of the 50 United States. We do accept and ship orders to APO or FPO addresses. Be sure to select APO or FPO in the "state" field of the shipping address upon checkout.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. All items will ship by FedEx and The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service).

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 2 Day Air or Next Day Air). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Expedited delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
We can not ship package to PO BOX by 2nd day Air and Next Day Air shipping method.

APO and FPO only ship by USPS. Expedited delivery is not available.
Alaska & Hawaii orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. You can expect to receive your order via U.S. Priority Mail in 4-8 business days or Fedex 2 days after it was placed.
Oversized & Heavy Item Shipping

Oversized & Heavy Item or Multiple boxes may require an additional shipping cost. Our representative will contact you to confirm the charge.

Your Satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Returns/Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase date.

All items must be in original, unused condition (i.e. have not been worn in the water, snow, washed in the laundry machines, etc.) and retained all original tags and packaging. Handle and Shipping is not refundable when return an order. reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.

How to Return or Exchange

Please send the return item and the packing slip with the instruction to the address below. Please indicate if you prefer a refund or exchange for another item, size or color. Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping. No C.O.D.s will be accepted.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping is not refundable. In the event that an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling costs will be incurred. Customer pays postage to send the item back. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

In the event that your order was shipped for Free and you want a refund for the order, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Customer needs to pay for exchange item shipping cost for heavy and large items such as parka, swim fins, tube, and bags. We cover one free exchange shipping for other products.

Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be canceled once processed, and are not returnable.

Please send your package via a prepaid, traceable method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone # are included.
