How do I return an item?
Returns & Exchanges
All items must be in original, unused condition (i.e. have not been worn in the water, snow, washed in the laundry machines, etc.) and retained all original tags and packaging. Sunwavesports.com reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
How to Return or Exchange
Please send the return item and the packing slip with the instruction to the address below. We will process your return and follow your instructions. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. In the event of an
