How do I return an item?

Your Satisfaction is guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.  Refund or exchange will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. 

All items must be in original, unused condition (i.e. have not been worn in the water, snow, washed in the laundry machines, etc.) and retained all original tags and packaging. reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.

How to Return or Exchange

Please send the return item and the packing slip with the instruction to the address below.  We will process your return and follow your instructions. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  In the event of an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card.  If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling costs will be incurred. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 


·  Each order is accepted for one time of exchange request only.  No additional exchange or refund will be allowed for the order with exchange record.

·  Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping.  No C.O.D.s will be accepted.  If the return is shipped by Amazon’s prepaid return shipping label, the original shipping fee will 

   be deducted from the refund.

·  In the event of your order was shipped for Free and you want a refund for the order, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.  We will cover one free 

   exchange shipping for exchange.

·  There is a restocking fee of 20% to be deducted from the refund amount if the returned item without hang-tag.  A restocking fee of 50% to be deducted if the returned item was used 

   and cannot be resell.

·  Orders for custom merchandise or special order cannot be canceled once process and are not returnable.
